(1) The Commission shall publish a notice in the format as per Schedule-1 for investigation of the following matters in relation to the land of Raptidun development area –

(a) Has the person or family who has any land rights in that area acquired that land according to the Provincial Development Scheme (Raptidoon Land Distribution) Rules, 2013 or not?
(b) Has any person or family acquired any land in that area in accordance with the order of the commission established before that rule or act came into force, or has it been settled without acquiring it in accordance with such rule or order?
(c) Has a person or a family received up to the amount of land according to that rule, but has not received the land or not? Within 60 days from the date of publication of the notice, you have to submit your application to the commission in the format as per schedule-2.
